What happens to what you tell us.
Short version: your intake answers exist to build your website. They go to our inbox, they don't get sold, and you can ask us to delete them anytime. The longer version below says the same thing with the details filled in.
What we collect
What you type into the intake or contact forms: business name, what you do, service area, phone, email, and the optional details you choose to add (photos, links, preferences). Nothing is collected behind your back — no hidden trackers scraping contacts.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by a form-handling service to our email inbox, and that's where they live. The form service is a processor — it moves the message, it doesn't get to keep or use your information for itself. If you email or call directly, that conversation stays between us.
What we do with it
Build your draft, reply to you, and keep track of your project. That's the list. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for.
Analytics
If we add visitor analytics, it will be the privacy-friendly kind — page counts, not personal profiles — and this page will say so.
Deletion
Want your information gone? Reach us at the address on the contact page and we'll delete your submissions and confirm in writing. No forms, no hoops, no "retention period."
Questions
This policy is written by The Free Website Co., for humans. If any of it is unclear, that's a bug — email us and we'll fix the wording.
