2. SSL Requirement:

3. No Refunds on Domain and Hosting:
– All fees paid for domain registration and hosting services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Four Default Pages:
– Our standard package includes the creation of four pages: Home, About, Services/Products, and Contact. Additional pages are available at an additional cost.

5. Theme Selection and Customization:
– Users must choose a theme provided by Free Website Company for their website. No customizations are permitted within the standard package. Any desired customizations will be billed separately at an hourly rate based on the duration of work.

6. Coding Language:
– The website development will be primarily done using HTML, WordPress (WP), or PHP, or a mix of these languages, depending on the project’s requirements.

7. Finalized Content and Revisions:
– Once content, including text, images, and logos, is provided by the user and integrated into the website, it is considered finalized. Revisions or changes are not allowed without additional charges.

8. Client-Provided Content:
– Users are responsible for providing all content, including text, images, and logos, required for their website.

9. Non-transferable and Non-refundable Fees:
– Fees paid for hosting and domain services are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

10. Compliance with Laws:
– Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while using our services, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Termination of Services:
– Free Website Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to services and hosting for any violation of terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Updates to Terms:
– Free Website Company may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review them regularly for any updates.
